klp48 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the klp48 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the klp48 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use klp48's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and klp48 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The klp48 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of klp48 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur. klp48 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or inaccurate information.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account.
- Registration using a false identity or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party without written consent from klp48.
- Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their accounts.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Please notify klp48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. klp48 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the klp48 platform agree to use its services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
Prohibited Activities
- Using any automated software, bots or scripts to access or operate the platform.
- Distributing viruses, malware or any code that could damage klp48's systems.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the klp48 platform or its internal systems.
- Transferring or sharing your account with another person without authorisation.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or the accuracy of results.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account. klp48 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Payment & Transaction Details
All transactions on the klp48 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking), Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.
- Deposits made through third parties or other individuals will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Klp48 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by payment service providers.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times are subject to klp48's current policy as well as the processing times of the relevant financial service providers.
- Klp48 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal as a security measure.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separately specified rollover requirements.
Liability Limits, Account & Intellectual Property
klp48 Liability Limits
Klp48 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and klp48 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the platform's content.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Klp48 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms breach, fraud, illegal activity or at the absolute discretion of management.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures once the review process is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, trademarks, logos and software on the klp48 platform are the exclusive property of klp48 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from klp48.
The klp48 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. klp48 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices. These links are provided solely for users' convenience.
Klp48 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
